1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Jubilee's website, web application, mobile application, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of service

Jubilee provides loan management tools including client management, loan applications, repayment schedules, payment tracking, document storage, reporting, and role-based access. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your lending business to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use at support@jubilee.ceolab.cc.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the integrity of the Services
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Process borrower data without appropriate legal basis and consent

5. Financial data disclaimer

Jubilee provides tools to manage lending operations but does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for ensuring your lending practices comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Prices are listed at purchase and may change with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled according to our written refund policy or the platform through which you subscribed.

7. Intellectual property

Jubilee and its logos, design, software, and original content are owned by Jubilee or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for your lending business unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
